At Legacy Jack, we are committed to your satisfaction with our legacy preservation services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and granted.

 

Refund Eligibility Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial service payment. Requests made after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but may not be eligible for a full refund.

 

Conditions for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Services have not yet been initiated or scheduled

  • Technical issues on our end prevent delivery of promised services

  • You are unsatisfied with the initial consultation and wish to discontinue services before work begins

  • We are unable to fulfill the agreed-upon scope of services

 

Refund Amounts

  • Full Refund (100%): Available if services have not been initiated and cancellation occurs within 14 days of payment

  • Partial Refund (50%): Available if work has begun but is less than 25% complete

  • No Refund: Once a project is more than 25% complete or if final deliverables have been provided

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed legacy books, videos, or other finished deliverables

  • Services that have been fully rendered

  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (printing, production, etc.)

 

How to Request a Refund

  • Your name and order/project number

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Date of original purchase

 

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to your original payment method.
